Boutique Builders

Boutique Builders is the dedicated construction arm of the Brighton Holdings group, operating formally as Brighton Holdings (Fiji) Pte Limited. Since the group's founding in October 2005, this division has grown from a general contracting outfit into a full Design & Build practice — managing construction entirely in-house, with our own skilled workforce carrying projects from foundation to final finish.

What sets Boutique Builders apart is our modern joinery workshop in Lautoka, managed by industry veteran Mr. William Cheer. It gives us the in-house capability to produce precision-crafted cabinetry, fittings, and structural components for projects of any scale — reducing our reliance on external subcontractors and giving clients tighter control over quality, cost, and schedule.

Working alongside our sister company Clearview Architects, Boutique Builders is able to offer clients a single point of accountability for an entire project — from architectural concept through to a finished, handed-over building.

Savusavu, for Cakaudrove Provincial Holdings Company Pte Limited • Under construction

A landmark mixed-use commercial development in Savusavu featuring retail spaces, office suites, and public amenities, delivered under a Design & Build contract. Current works are focused on earthworks, retaining structures, and foundation systems.
