Labasa Hospital A&E Unit Funded by KOICA with Jaduram Industries completed in 2008. - Cost $1.85million

  • Oceanview Motel now known as WASAWASA HOTEL owned by Nirmala Holdings $2.4 million completed in 2018.

  • Tavua Secondary School, Classroom Block – $81k. completed 2018.

  • Various works for Basden College in New Town, Nasinu – $100k Retaining wall /Classroom renovations. Completed 2020.

  • Oneta Resort, Ono Is, Kadavu –approximately 2 years of work on a labor contract from 2018 to March 2020. $ 1.5 million - New Main Bure, Dive center, Spa Bure, 2 #Villas, outdoor showers, Outdoor decking & Bure.

  • Sairusi Naivaluwaqa Residence, Koronivia – $204k completed 2019.

  • Marcopolo Holdings Limited Phase 3 – Garden City project $ 12 million – started off the construction work for the client and established a construction team before the client took over for a self-build project which was successfully completed in 2020.

  • Jone Tuitavua Residence, Vusuya – $103k Completed 2018.

  • Various Works for Bishop Kempthorne Memorial Primary School – a total of $267k classroom renovation, Boundary Fence, computer lab, Library, Office fit out, and overall Painting works. From 2018 to 2022.

  • Nawalowalo Residence, Vusuya, Tailevu – $189k completed 2017.

  • Filipo Tarakinikini Residence, Paintings - $15k completed 2019.

  • Pacific Energy Renovation at Drasa Avenue, Lautoka – $220k completed in 2020.
