HANSONS NADERA INVESTMENT PTE LIMITED – Total Service Station

Corner of Mandir Rd & Ratu Dovi Rd, Nadera

Completed August 2026 (finishing stage)

A full-service fuel station and convenience retail development at a high-traffic intersection. Brighton Holdings managed the complete design‑build delivery, including underground tanks, canopy structures, retail shop fit‑out, and site works. The project is currently in its final finishing phase, setting a new benchmark for service station infrastructure in the area.

Tagimoucia Commercial Development

Savusavu – for Cakaudrove Provincial Holdings Company PTE Limited

Currently under construction – civil works commenced

A landmark mixed‑use commercial development in Savusavu, featuring retail spaces, office suites, and public amenities. Brighton Holdings is delivering the project under a Design and Build contract, with current works focused on earthworks, retaining structures, and foundation systems. The development will become a key commercial hub for the Northern Division.

NAVUA COMMERCIAL COMPLEX

Navua

Engagement: Architect only – currently under construction

Brighton Holdings is providing full architectural design services for this new commercial complex in Navua. Our scope includes conceptual design, working drawings, and construction documentation, while the client manages the build independently. The development will feature modern retail and office spaces designed to activate the Navua town centre.

Vanuabalavu House – Vanuabalavu Visions Limited

Nasese, Suva – 2023

A prestigious commercial office building in Nasese, designed and built for Vanuabalavu Visions Limited. The project delivered modern, functional office spaces with high‑quality finishes, secure parking, and landscaped surrounds. Brighton Holdings provided end‑to‑end Design and Build services, completing the project on schedule and to the client's full satisfaction.

Waqavuka Flats – For Mr. Qorio Levu

Tacirua Heights, Suva

Completed - 2025

WAQAVUKA FLATS – a premium residential development in the sought-after Tacirua Heights. This project comprises modern, well-appointed apartment units designed for contemporary living, with high-quality finishes and thoughtful spatial planning. Brighton Holdings is delivering this design‑build project with a focus on structural integrity, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to the client's vision, ensuring a landmark addition to the neighbourhood.

Great Council of Chiefs Complex - iTaukei Trust Fund Board

87 Queen Elizabeth Drive, Draiba, Suva, Fiji

Engagement: Architect only

GCC Complex - It serves as a dedicated "home" for the nation's chiefs to convene, deliberate on matters of importance to the iTaukei (indigenous Fijian) people, and act as a symbol of their heritage. Sairusi Naivaluwaqa Residence, Koronivia – $204k completed 2019.

Marcopolo Holdings Limited Phase 3 – Garden City project $ 12 million – started off the construction work for the client and established a construction team before the client took over for a self-build project which was successfully completed in 2020.
