Our History

Brighton Holdings was established in October 2005 with a vision of building a fully integrated, self-reliant business ecosystem in Fiji. Over more than two decades of operation, the group has grown into a diversified Fijian corporation spanning architecture, construction, inter-island shipping, and property, with its portfolio including landmark projects such as the Fiji Sports Council's ANZ Stadium and Vodafone Arena, the Great Council of Chiefs Complex, and work on Nadi International Airport

Our architectural arm provides full-service design, master planning, and project management. Led by a Fiji-registered architect, the firm emphasizes creating spaces that are aesthetically compelling, functionally sound, and perfectly adapted to the Pacific climate and context.

Boutique Builders

This is our dedicated construction division. With a growing portfolio of Design & Build projects, we manage construction entirely in-house using our skilled workforce. Our modern joinery workshop in Lautoka, managed by industry veteran Mr. William Cheer, enhances our capabilities with precision-crafted components for projects of any scale.

South Island Shipping

This division underscores our deep community roots and logistical capabilities, providing vital interisland transport services under a long-term government franchise.

Furniture Nests

Is a premier provider of bespoke furniture and interior finishing solutions. We specialize in crafting custom joinery, elegant fit-outs, and refined surface finishes that transform spaces into timeless interiors. Baivatu Investment

Is a dynamic enterprise driving growth across three interconnected pillars: real estate development, international trade, and innovative business solutions.
